Our story
Folded by hand, every morning
Tony's Baobao started with a borrowed steamer and a Sunday habit: a table crowded with friends, a stack of warm buns, and whatever looked good at the market that week.
We still fold every bao by hand before we open, and fill them with slow braises, crispy things, and plenty of pickles. It's the food we want on a rainy evening, and we hope it feels like that for you too.
